The course is designed to fully train on the functionality of the Avaya One-X Attendant Console. The course allows each student hands-on experience of call handling.

• Make and receive telephone calls
• Transfer calls
• Redirect calls
• Utilise programmed feature buttons
• Utilise the Directory facility
• Understand the system routing features

Training room environment. Instructor-led discussions, demonstration and hands-on exercises.

Location

Usually conducted at customer's site using a working One-X Attendant system.
