SMILE Operator Console Training
Switchboard operators will receive one-to-one training on all console functions, including handling calls, holding and transferring calls and sending callers to voicemail. Interactive training is recommended prior to the system 'go live' day, allowing the operator the full benefit of role-play without the distraction of incoming calls on a live console.
Training is usually conducted at the customer's offices.
